So many things to be thankful for, yet sometimes it’s so hard to keep a thankful heart through it all.

You can have it all Lord. Every part of my world. Take this life and breathe on. This heart that is now yours. And I will trust in every word You say.

Someone once told me that when you sing, you sing with conviction. And God is listening. So you better mean what you sing.

Today, this hits me hard.

A grateful heart for God’s presence in my life. My never changing rock. The One who holds my future and my hope. He heals when hearts break. He soothes when spirits are low. He listens when we cry out. He whispers in joy but shouts in our pain.

And I pray for courage through it all. Because God has promised that He has saved the best for the last.
