#nowplaying Playlist with all my latest favourites. Actually I'm so caught up with the playlist that this was totally left unattended. And i realised this is taking way too long and i'm only at Granada? The days of sightseeing seemed to pass way much faster.
Anyway, the golf ball was a ball of soap, wanted to bring back for daddy as his souvenir but i changed my mind and got him a pen instead.. That too from the hotel. #cheapolove hahahah
Anyway, as i was saying, the third day actually did snow, and it snowed snowflakes. Pretty and cold, because beauty are always ruthless, regardless its intent.
But the lucky thing was i was in the bus for three quarter of the duration and that protected me from the cold. Heh. That was the only thing the bus was good for. And so we travelled to Granada, which was also quite a distance away, so we took half a day i think. My memory is getting foggy ><
And we arrived at Granada, La Alhambra.
Here begins the hike.. to the entrance of the castle. LOL or fortress if you like.
So La Alhambra actually means the Red one, which accounts for the bricks in this entire fortress being red in colours.
Im not good with history, or remembering them about the moors, muslims, catholics and all the whatnots with all due respect, so all i could remember is that this was built a fortress and undergoes alot of changes of rulers and eventually ended up a palace.
The theory reminds me of a game i used to play alot, Heroes of might and magic. Seriously i was addicted to it and i still remember the #nowplaying song for that game is Jay Chou's song. And i still remmeber this game when i hear that song. The game is about conquering castles/fortress hahaha.
And the reason why the architecture is so interesting(?) its because of the varying rulers. hahaha. It's not that fascinating to me so i had to choose another suitable descriptive.
The mum is not that good with photography, as shown in the pic above so i had to position her, and her hands, and the camera so all she had to do is press the button. (pic below)
But i still love you mamaaaa :)
The spontaneous shot that i love to spring on her, then she always wanted me to do the same without the spontaneity. LOL.
Mum: Eh, you act act abit like you turning around.
Me: DONT WANT LAH
There's no lemon tree so i cant spin around, but hey! Look, an orange tree. Okay kidding.
But anyway, this bloody fortress is so hugeeeeeeee and we entered another small part that requires another ticket LOL
With no reference to the guide's face, she's actually very nice and friendly, (if i dont mention the fact that one of the oldest member of our group got lsot under her care..) she was asking us how to tell if the oranges are ripe for consumption.
Double leaves means the oranges are NOT for consumption. Beauty kills, remember?
The mum was listening intently to the guide about this particular room cause it was slightly easier to understand but i had to interrupt and insist that she let me take this unflattering photo of her with the star-filled sky ceiling on top. HAHAHA. and she complained that she listens too much to me after that...
And behold, the must take photo at Alhambra. I didnt take this photo off the net!!! Not sure if i should be proud that this photo looks very much like those on the net or should i be ashamed that this photo has no creativity...
The pretty lavenders around. Love the smell.
Mum was supposed to take the photo from straight up where the sunlight is good but she had to walk forward and exited the place when i told her to stop then complain that the lighting is not good.
Got seperated from the group after taking a series of photos that mama insisted on to capture the fort behind... and that is when all the hoohas started hahahaha.
Take a guess why i took a picture of the sign. ;) Golden boots yo
Demure is not me, it's just really cold so the clasping of hands is relatively normal. And we were waiting for the rest of our group.
This beautiful tunnel... waited here for 15minutes that seemed to last for 217618237 hours cause we got seperated and the wind is blowing without mercy. I was literally vibrating LOL
Look at the mum's forced smile.
And so we realised the oldest aunty of our group wasnt with us after we met up at the merciless tunnel after what seems like eternity HAHAHAH my composition.
So of course, everyone started doing what we all do best, playing taichi. Pushing the blame around when the most logical thing to do is to find her back. -_______-
Determining whose fault is it isnt gonna help, there's no point in clearing your own name, because no matter what, one is a tour leader, and the other, a tour guide. If there's any fault, both of you are at fault. Because both of you are responsible. How it happens, why it happens, dont matter. What happened next does.
It isnt hard to admit your mistake, and take up the responsiblity. That earns you respect.
Got quite annoyed at both of them, and the aunties speculating and all.
So we went to the souvenir store for some warmth and met this cute girl that keeps smiling, staring and pointing at me to her friend. LOL. Til this day i wonder what she says?
Oh and this seriously cute cat. No sarcasm cause i still dislike cats but it's really cute rolling about acting cute hahaha
The mum is nagging, adios ^^
