And so, I'm back from Bali. It was kinda a last minute trip and I have decided tht bali is. absolutely. awesomely. fantastically. fabulous.
I felt like a princess there, secretly blushes*, and the villa is worth every single cent. Granted it's a lil bit exp, but the mum wnts to try it "for the experience", and i cant deny her that right!!
So I'm taking the chance to upload all my narcissistic photos and this dad had to spoil my moment by commnenting a lil too innocently that i looked a lot better on screen. HEY DAD. -________-
So upon arrival at the Airport, we had the airport transfer which featured this cute boy abeit kinda blur, ferrying us from the airport to the Samaya, Semniyak. The ride was smooth with cold towels and drinks since the sun at bali was merciless. It makes the weather in SG bearable, though barely.
Welcome by the people at Samaya with jasmine flowers that smells.. like Jasmine. No particular love for the smell hahahhaha! Happy dad :)
The long stretch of roads that leads to the villa- Beach front. But i think they dont do for three pax, cause the room suggested to us when we booked for three pax was the Royal Courtyard Villa.
But the beachfront is so much cooler since the beach ws right outside.
Dad: EH I STAND MIDDLE SO I GET THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS.
You already do, dad.
So for the royal courtyard, we had to take this buggy that was like a bumper car that had mum squealing when the driver takes a turn.. ._.
And so, BEHOLD, the Villa.
Our pool, that we didnt get to use it much, cause 1. Dad complaining it's too cold, which mum and me beg to differ. 2. Mum has no swimming costume, understandably, but dumb. 3. It's bloody 1.65m and... I cant swim.. Very well. Sighpie.
The "slacking area" that we never got to use cause it was so darn humid and hot and we really honestly prefer the air conditioned villa.
The huge ass bed that i never got the chance to sleep on :( See that mini one over at the side in comparison? That's mine.
And the area I love the most; Bathroom. If it had a cushy sofa, i'd have spent more time in the bathroom than the main room itself.
A huge ass jaz bath tub.
A seperate shower with two showerheads and a door that opens so you can run in straight after a swim.
Mum likka boss hahahahha while i'm listening to our butler's mini talk hahahahahah. His name is yoga so cute. And yeah we had a butler. For the first time in my life.
The very satisfied couple
After settling down, we walked to the private poolside bar to enjoy the free afternoon tea, that we proceed to miss for all 3 days. Sighpie :(
Mum: Eh, you wear glasses then hide everything, i look hideous leh. Lend me your glasses.
Mum: Now i look better. See.
The tea that leaves me speechless. Nuff said.
Then we took the shuttle service, which really is more of your own chartered ride wherever you wanna go and they dont have a certain timing and everything, to seminyak square for some shopping. Bought a sundress that i wore on the 2nd day heh.
Went back to the hotel for our dinner reservation at Breeze right by the seaside, to see the sunset, and we kinda missed it.
My baby pork rib, the meat was surprisingly tender but the taste still cant be compared with Phil's. That is forever #1 ribs to me.
Dad's Laksa that he commented "First time i eat laksa so lil' noodle and so much condiments 'LIAO".
Mum's Ayam betutu, that is pretty good.
And then we were so stuffed that we decided to take a walk by the beach. And i was a lil tipsy from the mojito. It was damn strong -____-
Mum took all the pics, and since i didnt bring along my flash, most pictures relies on bulb and thus kinda blurry cos mum didnt know.
Ending off with this pic that mum took of me!!
Goodnight earth~
