morning, went to dance. :D haas, i GROUP ONE KAYS?! means that those who got run derhh! ;D i FIRST, cause everyone slack. :D ahahahahahahas! then group one jiu do 2 rounds of the frog thingy, and 20 sit ups.! group nothing, do 2 rounds and 40 situps. :D group STAR! run two rounds upstaircase and two rounds of the frog thingy AND 40 situps. a lot of people do until leg luan.
